Neubie Therapy

Direct Current Therapy by NeuFit

Neubie Therapy by NeuFit is a revolutionary therapy that was created to help people with back pain, neck pain, nerve compression, and all other kinds of chronic pain. This therapy limits the patient’s range of motion in order to relieve pain.
Neubie Therapy is FDA cleared and it has been clinically proven to be effective for relieving chronic low back and neck pain as well as helping patients with neuromuscular re-education and regaining function lost due to spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis. It provides relief without surgery or drugs.

How does it work?

The Neubie device delivers a safe and natural current to the body’s nerves and muscles which stimulates them to release pain inhibiting opioids. This process is similar to the effect of acupuncture without any needles or topical anesthesia.
Neubie Therapy is a safe and effective pain-free solution that speeds up the body’s natural healing process. The device can help an injured patient return to work two to three times faster than those who undergo traditional therapy.
At Complete Care, we are one of the few fully-trained clinics in Canada to utilize this technology and are thrilled to provide this as a complete list of treatment alternatives.

Our Process:

Step 1: Assessment – this step allows the Neubie therapist to understand your current limitations as well as which muscles are hypertonic (tight).
Step 2: Treatment – Once the treatment area is identified, the Neubie device will be placed on your back. The sensors will be connected to each of the muscles that are found to be tight and hypertonic. The Neubie device will then send the same frequency signal to the muscle, which serves as a “reset” button to calm the muscle down.
Step 3: Feedback – After treatment is complete, your therapist will answer any questions you may have about what you just experienced. You will also be provided with a handout about how to take care of the area post-treatment. This is very important in order to get the maximum benefit from treatment.
